Circuit court judge Shore Robertson will be at the court house in Washington on Wednesday, December 24, beginning at 1:30 p.m. to receive public comment on three appointments to the Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals. Vacancies have been created by the resignation of Kermit Weakley from Hampton District and the expiration of the terms of Charles K. Estes from Piedmont and George Muth from Stonewall-Hawthorne.

Last week. Robertson asked for nominations from the county board of supervisors. Piedmont supervisor E. P. Luke has suggested Estes be reappointed. StonewallHawthrone supervisor H. B. - Wood has supported Mutb's reappointment and Hampton supervisor Clarence Baldwin has nominated John Burke.
