Billy Campbell and Harry Deal, both of Culpeper were Saturday luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Campbell. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Campbell joined by Mr. and Mrs. Steve Lockheart of Front Royal spent the afternoon in Winchester and had dinner at the Virginia Gentleman. Mr. and Mrs. Campbell visited Mr. Campbell’s brother, Aubrey Campbell, who is a patient in Warren Memorial Hospital on Monday.

Barbara C. Burke attended the third annual circulation conference held last Thursday and Friday at Airlie. Circulation managers from daily and weekly newspapers around Virginia were present and the conference was sponsored by the Virginia Press Association.

Mark Butler of Boston visited J. Stant Weaver on Friday. Sunday guests were John Weaver of Washington, D.C. and Mrs. Josephine Wood of Reva. Mr. Weaver, John Weaver and Mrs. Wood were evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Nick Peneranda in Culpeper and were joined there by Dr. and Mrs. Clay Walker, Christine and Angela of Gainesville, Fla. Mr. Weaver remained with his daughter and her family until Tuesday. Mr. Peneranda and Mr. Weaver visited George Butler at Culpeper Health Care and C. G. Thornhill at the hospital there on Monday.
