The ob|ect of this suit is to substitute Harold G. Brown, Jr. as Trustee in the place and stead of James W. Fletcher, in accordance with paragraph 'TWELFTH' of the Last Will and Testament of Robert L. Brown, dated December 24, 1976, of record in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia, in Will Book 28, Page 242

And. it appearing by Affidavit filed according to law. that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Petitioner to ascertain all parties having an interest in this suit, and that there are or may be persons interested in the Trusts established in the Last Will and Testament of Robert L. Brown, Deceased, which are the subject of this suit whose names are unknown and making them parlies defendant under the general description of 'parties unknown', it is, therefore ORDERED that the parties to this suit designated as 'parties unknown' do appear in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, on or before May 9, 1983, and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

And it is further ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in The Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia
