Rappahannock News Photo/Jim Tickle WINNER OF THE PLUMBING AWARD for the district contest during Vocational Education Week was David Coffey of Rappahannock High School. Other first-place winners from Rappahannock were Brent Wilson in small engine repair and Margaret Smoot in needle trades. Other winners were Phoebe Pierson in the poster contest and Charles Sutphin in Small Engine Repair. All are students participating in Piedmont Vocational programs.
