It is obvious that a substantial amount of money will be spent on corrections in Virginia in the upcoming years but we now have a choice. We can, as Virginians, have our tax monies spent for continued training of personnel and improved facilities, or we can spend it as New Mexico did on February 2, 1980, at an estimated cost for 32 hours of over $2,000,000.00 + 33 dead bodies. We have a choice.
