The Hope Scholarship Program has been established to foster formal nursing education at the baccalaureate and graduate levels. Any Virginia nurse (R.N. or L.P.N.) seeking a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or any Virginia nurse seeking a graduate degree (Master’s Degree in Nursing or Doctoral Degree with relevance to nursing practice) is eligible to apply.
