The Hutchinsons helper organize the newly formed Culpeper Kennel Club (started in September ol 1982) which is now working towards official American Kennel Club sanction. Bill served as its second president.
The Hutchinsons were also charter members of the Warrenton Kennel Club. And they are both past officers in the Mason-Dixon Collie Club (Bill is a former president), a group they joined about 20 years ago.
