In execution of a certain deed of trust, made by EARL M. BERRY, divorced and not remarried dated January 4. 1962. and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, in Deed Book 140, page 553, default having been made, the undersigned Trustee, substitute by Deed of Appointment pursuant to the request of the holder of the Note thereby secured, wM offer for sale at public auction the property briefly described as 41-1/2 acres known as the "Gray Tract" located in the Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, rightaof-wayi easements and reservations in the chain of tide to this property, and subject to any un- < paid real estate taxes.
Said public auction to be held at the front door of the Rappahannock County Courthouse on April 6,1984 at 1000 am.
