again nature of the March! . School Board meeting, 22 were present in the audience for the budget hearing. (When snow caused school to be closed, the School Board meeting was postponed. However, the day wanned up sufficiently by mid-afternoon so the meeting could be held as originally planned.)
First to address the board was Nancy Schoppet, Boosters Club president. Hie organization’s members had seen plans for die RCHS renovation at its Monday meeting, said Schoppet, and were “all excited about it.” The school needs more space, she said.
Schoppet said the Boosters highly recommend the capital outlay portion of the 1964-85 budget to allow final plans to be drawn.
Estabrook will request 863,534 for the 84-86 year to pay 80 percent of the architect’s fees on the renovation. Now estimated to cost $836,475, the expansion is projected for completion
