Mrs. Mary Quaintance was hostess to the Sperryville Bridge Club and additional guests at her home on Friday evening.

Guests were Mrs. I.R. Kilby, Mrs. Dale Metzinger, Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. W.H. Cardie, Mrs. TJ. Pillar, Mrs. Ulrich Maeyer, Mrs. C.E. Johnson, Jr., Mrs. Lucille Price, Mrs. H.M. Keyser, Mrs. E.M. Jones and Mrs. Sean Kilpatrick.

Prize winners were Mrs. Pillar, Mrs. Kilpatrick, Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Keyser.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thompson of Fork Union,were weekend guests of Mrs. Frances Thornton and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown.

Mrs. Ken Yoder of Lancaster, Pa. was a Wednesday overnight guest of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Keyser in Winchester and spent from Thursday until Sunday with her mother, Mrs. Ruby Dwyer.

Mrs. Rayher Snead of Washington and Mrs. Mary Quaintance attended the wedding of Lisa Marie Sissons to John Groover on Saturday afternoon at the Church of the Incarnation and the reception at the Hotel Hilton in Charlottesville.

Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Knight of Glenwood, Maryland were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Clatterbuck of Arlington at their home in the Old Hollow. They also visited relatives and friends.

Mrs. George W. Hawkins was an overnight guest last Monday of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Codding and family in Fairfax. Mrs. Codding and daughters, Cady, Cally and Claire and two friends accompanied her home on Tuesday for the day.

Mr. and Mrs. I.R. Kilby were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Robertson in Fredericksburg.

Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Reams and sons, Brad and Morgan of Winchester were Saturday evening dinner guests of Mrs. T.M. Johnston. - Denise Wingfield spent the weekend in Harrisonburg.

Mrs. R.E. TOompsen returned home Sunday after spending two weeks with her son and daughter-inlaw. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Thompaen in . Chicago, 111. She also attended the -wedding of her granddaughter, Lisa Thompsen to Richard Fergeson of Minnesota at Oak Park Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Gayland Atkins of Luray were Thursday evening visitors of Mrs. Catherine Brown. Mrs. Larry Kushner of Gaithersburg, Md. was a weekend guest of her mother, Mrs. Brown and on Saturday her son, Benny Brown of Winchester visited her.

Mrs. W.H. Lyne is recuperating at home after being a patient in Fauquier Hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Aylor and Heather were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Aylor and son, David in Woodbridge.

Mrs. Mary Quaintance, Mrs. T.M. Johnston, Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. Frances Tabler and Mrs. Catherine Brown motored to Luray in a limousine as guests of Alson Atkins and had dinner at Brookside last Thursday.

Mr. and Mrs. Early Side visited Robert Sisk in Orange who recently had surgery at the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. Recent visitors in the Sisk home were Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Painter and grand
