Sealock was charged with driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, driving while intoxicated, and failing to stop for an officer.

Sealock was charged with the offenses by Rappahannock County Deputy John Facchina on October 20. Facchina testified that he had chased Sealock’s vehicle until Sealock turned into a driveway.
