One of the suits filed by lists the causes of action for wrongful death regarding Spellman, and the other suit involves damages to Saltonstall. In the latter suit, Saltonstall states that the Kidwells “have engaged in a persistent course of conduct, commencing before the (death) of Ranee Spellman and continuing up to the present time, to harass plaintiff, to defkme her, to invade her privacy, to interfere with the use of the right of way..., and to interfere generally with the use of her property and the operation of her farming business and other business operations.”
To support these statements, SaltonstaD lists in the suit specific instances when the Kidwells allegedly harassed and annoyed various persons using the road. She also refers to statements made by the Kidwells at public meetings and in the press were allegedly false, “willftil and malicious.”
In the suit, Saltonstall refers to a • complaint filed by the Kidwells regarding a house built by Saltonstall on one of her lots in the subdivision. Statements made by Roger Kidwell at a Board of Zoning Appeals hearing on August 22, 1984 about Saltonstall having two instead of one septic system are alleged by Saltonstall to be false and malicious.

CARE Ethiopia
Program Announced
New York, N.Y.—CARE, the international aid and development organization, signed on Nov. 6 an agreement after a year of negotiations aritfrthn gnvoiniit >f Ethiepia wad— .. which CARE will provide both food and financial assistance to the droughtaffected people of Ethiopia.
The agreement was signed at the Ethiopian Mission to the U.N. by Dawit Walde Giorgis, representing the Government of Ethiopia and Dr. Philip Johnston, the Executive Director of CARE. “CARE estimates that it will provide 50,000 tons of food and $10 million of other assistance to Ethiopia for this emergency,” Dr. Johnston said.. “Cash resources will be used to en'hanee the ability of Ethiopian ports to unload ships, to pay for the transportation and distribution of relief food to remote areas of the-country,, and to improve food storage capacity for the emergency commodities.”
Dr. Johnston said that CARE staff arrived in' Ethiopia in the first week of November. “Our first priority will be to facilitate movement of foodstuffs in the country to areas where they are most needed.
