SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 263: Eric Kvames has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 8-1 -2(6) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to manufacture hand blown glass in the Piedmont Magisterial District in Sperryville on U. S. Route 211. Tax Map Reference No. 38-31. SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 264: Patricia Saltonstall has applied for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 2-1-2(1) or 3-1-2 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to maintain a residential dwelling on Lot F containing 27.6 acres (Tax Map Reference No. 21-1-F) said dwelling being as described in a sketch attached to the application. The applicant contends that said dwelling is a single family residence; however, the Board of Zoning Appeals has determined that said dwelling is a multi-family residence. In connection with this appeal the Board is requested to determine whether the proposed location is within the Agriculture or Conservation District as defined by the zoning ordinance. SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO 265: Patricia Saltonstall has applied for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 2-1-2(1) or 3-1-2 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to construct and maintain a residential dwelling on Lot G of the Lindgren "Whaley Tract" subdivision containing 26.88 acres (Tax Map Reference No. 21-1-G) said dwelling being . as described in sketch attached to the appJtcatton.TTitfappttCani:* R contends that said dwelling is a single family residence; however, the Board of Zoning Appeals has determined that a dwelling similar, if not identical, to the proposed dwelling is a multi-family residence In connection with this appeal, the Board is requested to determine whether the proposed location is within the Agriculture or Conservation District as defined by the zoning ordinance.
