Leslie Nichols and Kelli Sisk will serve as Student Council Association (SCA) reporters at Rappahannock High during the ’84-’85 school year. Their column, entitled “Panther Tales,” is scheduled to begin in the Rappahannock News later this month.
Miss Nichols and Miss Sisk are freshmen and close friends. They campaigned together last spring for the team position of SCA reporters. Their “really flashy” campaign combo of posters and buttons won them the reporter slots, whi&i are determined by the popular vote of the student body, they said. Three teams of two ran for the reporter positions - all competitors were boys, they noted.
