juage Alexander imposed a $iuu fine plus $20 costs, 30 days in jail, and suspended Sealock’s operator’s license for 90 days for the driving on a suspended license charge. On the DWI charge, Judge Alexander fined Sealock $200 in addition to $20 costs, and suspended his license for six months. There was no prosecution on the reckless driving and failure to stop for an officer charges.
Judge Alexander suspended all of the fines and the jail term condtioned upon Sealock’s enrollment in a substance abuse program in Warren County, and his continuation in the program until his release by program authorities. ^You’re a young man, and the court wants to give you an opportunity to get your act together,” said Judge Alexander. Sealock is also under obligation to violate no laws for a period of 12 months.
