REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The County of Clarke seeks to engage the services of a competent artist to prepare a graphic representation for an official Clarke County Seal (Board of Supervisors). The Seal may be used for Board of Supervisors Letterhead; for Clarke County Vehicle Licenses; and/or for official vehicle identification decals.
Proposals will be received for public opening until 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 8, 1985 at the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, Circuit Courthouse, Berryville, Va.
All inquiries should be directed to the project supervisors at the Clarke County Administrator's Office, 102 N Church St., Berryville, Va. 22611 (703)-955-3269).
The bidder will be required to comply with non-discrimination regulations and to require suppliers and sub-contractors to comply with such regulations also.
The County reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids.
