NOTICE Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Comptroller of the Currency, Southeastern District, Suite 2700, Peachtree Cain Tower, 229 Peachtree Street, N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30303 to form Blueridge National Bank, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia for the sole purpose of facilitating the establishment of a bank holding company. Further notice is given that application has been made to the Comptroller of the Currency for approval of a merger of The Rappahannock National Bank of Washington, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia under the charter of Blueridge National Bank and with the title The Rappahannock National Bank of Washington. The application was filed June 13, 1985. This notice is published pursuant to section 1828(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and Part 5 of The Regulations of the Comptroller of the Currency (12 CFR 5). This notice will appear at approximately two-week intervals beginning June 13, 1985 and ending July 11, 1985.
