Extension Agent dinner Notice to Extension Homemakers Club members: The dinner for the new Extension Agent, Elizabeth Stout, will be held Sept. 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock Recreation Park in Washington. Plates, cups, napkins, utensils and beverage will be provided. Please bring utensils for your covered dish. Notify your club president before Sept. 4 if you plan to attend. Settle reunion The fifth annual Settle family reunion will be held on Sept. 29 at the Rappahannock Park on Rt. 211 near Washington. Lunch will be served at 1 p.m. Those attending are asked to bring a covered dish and/or a beverage. Everyone is welcome. New exercise class A new exercise class will begin on Sept. 11 at 6 p.m. This class is designed for women of all ages and sizes who want to tone up their muscles and increase their flexibility and will be held at the Washington Community Center. The hour long class is set to music and focuses on the stomach, lower back, legs, thighs, waist and hips. The fee is $20 for six weeks. Call Rose Ann Sharp after 6 p.m. at 675-3887. Come on out and get fit! Norman reunion The annual Norman reunion will be held Sept. 15 at the Rappahannock Recreation Park on Route 211 near Washington.
