White House Chief of Staff Donald T. Regan will address the more than 3,000 Republicans expected to attend the 1985 Atoka country supper, Virginia’s premiere annual political event, on Sept. 14 at Atoka Farm near Middleburg.
Atoka is the home of Sen. John Warner.
Other Republican candidates for state-wide offices who are expected to attend include Wyatt Durrette for governor, John Chinchester for lieutenant governor and W. R. (Buster) O’Brien for attorney general.
Also expected to attend are Sen. Paul S. Trible and Congressmen French Slaughter, Stan Parris and Frank Wolf, as well as former Governors John Dalton and A. Linwood Holton.
