ne nve-couniy community Doncert Association will hold its annual membership meeting on Wednesday, June 18, at 8 p.m. at the Holiday Inn of Culpeper. All members of the Association, which includes residents of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock counties, are invited to attend.
With President-elect Karl Hellinger presiding, the election and installation of the new officers and directors wall be held. Plans for the next season of outstanding concerts wall be reviewed.

In time for the Library’s summer program “Catch a Tale and Read” are new books of adventure and fantasy by Betsy Byars, Lloyd Alexander, and Judy Yolen. Children of all ages are invited to sign up for the program which begins June 16.
The youngest can participate by being read to from our many new picture books, which includeFrank Asch’s Goodbye House-, Anna Hines’ Don’t Worry I’ll Find You; Steven Kellogg’s Best Friends; Cynthia Rylant’s Night in the Country; William Steig’s Solomon the Rusty Nail; Brian Wildsmith’s Give the Dog a Bone, and Charlotte Zolotow*s Some Things Go Together.
For outdoor-loving adults there are three new' arrivals from Rodale Pregs: Garden Birds (how to attract birds to your garden); High Yield Gardening (how to get more from your garden space and more from your gardening season), and Walking — the Pleasure Exercise (a 60day walking program for fitness and health).
