The Flint Hill Bridge Club was entertained May 26 by Mrs. W. A. Moore. Prizes were awarded to Mrs. James Massie, Mrs. Thomas Eastham, Mrs. Thomas Massie, Mrs. Richard Latham and Mrs. Earl Edmonds. Also playing were Mrs. Emory Rilssell, Mrs. Robert Eastham and Mrs. Paul Miller.

Among those from Flint Hill who attended the annual Mental Health meeting in Washington on Tuesday were Margaret Dodson, Elsie Dodson, Barbara Gentry, Sandra Jenkins, Russie Miller and Flo Duvall.

The United Methodist Women are scheduled to meet on June 16 at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Mrs. M. R. Bradford Jr.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Curtis and Mr. and Mrs. Moe Walker spent the weekend in Reading, Pa.

Mrs. Thurman F. Whorton and Donna Whorton have returned home after attending graduation exercises at Eastern New Mexico University, Portales, where their daughter and sister Norma Jean Whorton was among the graduates. They toured Santa Fe before returning home. Norma Jean has a position as a news intern with MacNeiL'Lehrer Newshour in Washington, D.C.

Mrs. Ethel Pullen who entered Warren Memorial Hospital on Thursday returned to her home on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard motored to Alexandria Friday to visit Mr. and Mrs. Ned Pierpoint and family. They attended the 25th wedding anninversary party in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Tylee. Saturday they visited Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wade and family at Chantilly and returned home Sunday.

Keith Kinsey of Front Royal spent the weekend with his grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Frank Huff. Sunday dinner guests were Mrs. Rick Kinsey, Kevin and Scott. Keith accompanied them home.

Mrs. Paul Miller spent from Thursday until Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Howell and family at Madison Heights. Mrs. Miller’s grandson Gordon Howell was celebrating his 16th birthday.
