By DEBORAH FLINCHUM Rappahannock News Special Writer Thirty-eight Rappahannock High School students and two faculty members were honored fliay 30 ait the annual Academic Awards Assembly. Fifty awards were presented to students for excellence in the classroom as well as academic extra-curricular activities. Outgoing SCA president Will Oliver received four awards for high achievement in Advanced Chemistry, Industrial Arts, Pop Quiz and the Student Cooperative Association.
Teachers Dennis Wingfield and Betty Wood were presented with pen sets for 20 years of service to RCHS by the students, administration and the teachers.
