Rappahannock Neva Staff Writer
A rapidly moving winter storm dumped more than a foot of wet snow on Rappahannock County late Sunday night, causing utility outages which were still not completely cleared up Tuesday evening.
The storm, which at its height dropped between two and three inches of snow an hour, began early Sunday night and ended before dawn Monday, leaving a tangle of twisted trees and broken power lines in its wake.
