She is survived by her husband Charles C. Scott of Newark, three sons, Charles C. Jr., James E. and John J. Scott, all of Newark, three daughters, Betty Jane Hume, Orlean, Shirley Weaver, Lake Wales, Fla., and Donna Willingham, Newark, three sisters, Annie E. Willingham, Culpeper, Lilly Willlingham, Elkwood, and Dorothy Wince, Marshall, and five grandchildren.

Charles Welford McGhee Sr., 76, of Remington, died Dec. 3 at Fauquier Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Nellie Gray McGhee, four daughters, Nettie Allen, Ferguson, N.C., Pauline Matheny, Norfolk, Virginia Hall and Charlotte McGhee, Springfield, Va., two sons, Charles W. McGhee Jr. and George A. McGhee, Alexandria, a sister Mattie Rouch, Florida, 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services with military honors were conducted Dec. 8 at the Culpeper National Cemetery.
