No matter how much an expectant couple looks forward to greeting their new addition, the awkwardness of a first pregnancy can turn daydreams into anxieties. Good advice and a sounding board are just the right medicine to cure prenatal jitters.
Information on everything from prenatal nutrition to baby’s first car seat is discussed in the Preparation for Parenthood series offered on six consecutive Wednesday evenings between 7 and 9 p.m. in the Culpeper Memorial Hospital boardroom. In conjunction with the Culpeper County Health Department, the program is offered free of charge to residents of Culpeper and surounding counties.
