Judith Kay Lillard, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard of Flint Hill, received her BS degree Dec. 8 during graduation exercises at Radford College. She majored in elementary education, and took part in various dormitory and campus activities. She is a graduate of Rappahannock County High School and attended Ferrum Junior College.
Mrs. Gladys Reid Bowie of Culpeper has been selected to appear in the 1967 publication of “Outstanding Young Women of America,” a biographical compilation of6,000 outstanding young women between the ages of 21 and 35. Mrs. Bowie, a native of Rappahannock and at one time associated with Rappahannock News, is presently a member of the Culpeper Town Council. She is a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
