Classes are directed by Joanne Russell, RN, of the Culpeper County Health Department, and Ruth Partlow, LPN, of CMH’s Maternal/Child Health unit. Both nurses have firsthand personal and professional experience in the birth process, and they encourage an easy flow of communication in the classes.
