“The Rappahannock County Lions Club has always been a supporter of the Bland Music Contest,” said Lions spokesman Mike Mahoney. “We encourage our young people in Rappahannock County to participate in this competition.” Last year several RCHS students went to Fauquier County to represent Rappahannock in the district contest.
