Three felony indictments were returned against two defendants in unrelated cases by a Rappahannock County Circuit Court grand jury last Thursday.
Matthew H. Jeffries, 24, 9415 Stonewall Dr., Manassas, was indicted oh two charges of aggravated sexual battery. The charges stem from an incident last August, when he allegedly molested two juveniles at a home in the county where he was a guest.
Jeffries remains in the Rappahannock County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond. No trial date has been set.
