The March meeting of the

Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors was held Friday, March 1, at the court house with all members present. Superintendent of Schools 0. A. Norton reported on the progress of the new elementary school construction, stating that it is hoped the facility will be ready for use for the summer school program. The building is going according to schedule, however, rock has been struck in excavating for the sewage lagoon and slowed progress in that area. This does not pose a great problem for it was anticipated that it would occur.
