The owner-rider races and the ladies’ rider year-end awards appear well on their way to being wrapped up only two races into the ninemeeting Virginia spring point-topoint season.

Bruce Rosenbaum, riding Oriental Express, scored his second consecutive win in the owner-rider timber race March 5 at the Rappahannock Point-to-Point on Thornton Hill Farm at Sperryville.
