Bids for tractor mowers with cycle bars and bush hogs are now being accepted at the Virginia Department of Transportation for mowing of Primary and Secondary Roads in Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties April 15, 1988 thru November 30, 1988. If you are interested please submit your bid to the Virginia Department of Transportation, P.O. Box 33, Warrenton, Virginia 22186. Your bid should be on a hourly basis and include the operator, fuel and all maintenance on equipment and liability insurance certificates. Bids will be closed April 1, 1988. The starling and completion dates may be altered. There is a minimum of four mowers required to perform an efficient operation.

PUBLICATIONS Notice is given, in compliance with Section 96.14:7.1 of the Code of Virginia, that the following public hearing regarding a proposed stale agency regulation wiH be held to afford the public with an opportunity to express views. The Board of Game and Inland Fisheries has ordered to be published, pursuant to Sections 29.1-501 and 29.1-502 of the Code of Virginia, the following proposed amended Board regulation applicable Statewide. A public hearing on the advisability of adopting, or amending and adopting, the proposed regulation, or any part thereof, will be held at the Board's offices, 4010 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia, beginning at 9:30 a m. on Friday, March 25, 1988, at which time any interested citizen present shall be heard. If the Board Is satisfied that the proposed regulation, or any part thereof, is advisable, in the form in which published or as amended as a result of the public hearing, the Board may adopt such proposal at that time.
