Cut meat in 3/4-inch cubes. Combine with other ingredients. Marinate for 1 hour, turning meat over several times. String meat cubes on metal skew’ers. Pour remaining marinate over the meat after placing the skewers on a broiling pan. Broil approximately 10 minutes, turning several times.
