(Editor’s note: The Rappahannock News stands by its storu of Sept. 29, in which Bruce Lina described the Rt. 211 study as a “traininp exercise . . .far from the climate of a full study . . . they don’t have people who have the training to evaluate all aspects of design, location, or materials.”

Mr. Tumlin also said last week that the workshop participants have telephones available, but if the person they call for information is not available they must wrap up the study by week’s end - answer or not.
