It’s the time of the year when pies made with Rappahannock apices are a natural favorite, and this recipe from Amy Richardson gives an old favorite a new twist.
Spicing up the pie crust with cheddar cheese was a real hit at the State Fair too, and Amy was awarded a blue ribbon for her innovation.
