The council has negotiated a short term lease with the Golden Key iVrfor mance Company to lease the building for practices, workshops and performances. They will take over the building on Jan. 1. she said.
The lease allows the company to sublet the building to other groups, subject to prior written approval from the council. According to the agreement, the town would split the rental fee with the Golden Key company, with the town’s share to be deducted from the Golden Key’s $250 per month rent for the building.
