Sweet potato casserole 3 cups cooked, mashed potatoes 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 4 Tbsp. butter 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup flour 1 cup brown sugar 4 Tbsp. butter 1 cup chopped pecans Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, orange juice, butter and vanilla, place in buttered 2-quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients for topping until crumbly. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
