When listing your home with our agency, there are a variety of arrangements you can make. But if you are seriously intent on selling your home within a reasonable time and at the price you are asking, it would pay to consider making an ‘‘exclusive right to sell” agreement. ' With this arrangement, the listing agency is entitled to a commission if the house is sold during the listing period. It is the only type of listing which is accepted by Multiple Listing Boards. If the house is sold by another participating broker, the commission is split.
Under there conditions, our agency will have the added incentive and protection to go all-out in heavily advertising your house and showing it to prospects and will not be afraid of bringing it to the attention of other agencies who may have qualified prospects. This gives you the advantage of having several agencies make a determined effort to sell your home.
