Shenandoah National Park is seeking public comments on an environmental assessment of alternatives to drill water supply wells at Big Meadows. The 30-day comment period ends on Jan. 7, 1989.
Shortages in rainfall during the past several years have resulted in inadequate water supplies for the Skyland and Big Meadows developed areas within Shenandoah National Park.
