Mr. and Mrs. Dean Tanksley of Luray are proud to announce the birth of a daughter, Sarah Beth Rose bom March 23 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital, Harrisonburg. She weighed eight pounds, 12 1/2 ounces and was 18 inches long.
