They earned cascading bouquets of mauve enchantment lillies, regina alstromeria, heather, cranberry and hot pink minies, hot pink astors, minutte roses and mauve moire’ ribbon.
Miss Miranda Fitzgerald, cousin of the bride, was flower girl. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fletcher Fitzgerald of rrinceton, Ky. Miranda wore a floor length dress of candlelight satin with a sweetheart neckline, lace sleeves and with lace tiers cascading down the length of the gathered skirt. Miranda carried a basket accented with fresh flowers and seed pearls and wore a spray of fresh flowers in her hair.
The groom chose Alan Clark, his brother, of Evansville, Ind. as his best man. Groomsmen were Mike Groves, Ken McCool, both of Evansville, Ind., Barry Newby of Princeton, Ky., Davie Downhour of Indianapolis, Ind. and Ryan Haas of Owensboro, Ky.
Ringer bearer was Nathan Duncan, cousin of the groom. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Duncan of Nashville, Tenn.
Mrs. Marcie Nix presided at the guest register. The wedding was directed by Mrs. Pat Fralick of Princeton, Ky.
A reception followed the ceremony in the fellowship hall of the church. The bride’s table, covered with a white Belgian linen cloth, held the four-tier wedding cake, which was centered on a round mirror. Around the edge of the table and on all tiers of the cake, were fresh flowers including cranberry minies, regina alstromeria, lavender daisies, mauve lillies, hot pink astors and bakers fern on the round mirror.
The groom’s table was decorated with similar flowers as the bride’s table. It featured a chocolate groom’s cake with the groom’s initials on top.
Also, as part of the reception, various finger foods, nuts, mints, punch and coffee “were served. Serving at the reception were Mrs. Amy Landreth, Mrs. Amy Gilland and Miss Donna Jo Young, all of Princeton, Ky.
Mrs. Espinola provided harp music during the reception.
