• Troy Foster, 20, of Huntly, was charged with reckless driving following a single-vehicle accident at 7 p.m. Jan. 23 on Route 630, just north of Route 628, according to Sgt. Morris.
Foster was operating a 1988 Chevy pickup when he apparently lost control, went off the left side of the road and hit a bridge rail. His pickup overturned, said Sgt. Morris.
The driver was injured and the truck was destroyed.
Trooper C.A. Moore charged Foster with reckless driving.
