Henry Fitzhugh
Henry Lloyd Fitzhugh, 69, of Sperryville, died Monday, Jan. 20 at the Virginia Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Mr. Fitzhugh was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include a brother, Griffin Fitzhugh of Brooklyn, N.Y.; a devoted friend, Rachel Aylor of Sperryville and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at Hopewell Baptist Church in Sperryville Saturday, Jan. 25 with the Rev. U.S. Brokenburr of Washington, D.C. officiating. Interment was in Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery in Sperryville.
W.C. Thompson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
