The double baptism of the children of sisters Anne Hornung-Soukup and Cady Soukup was held at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington, on Sunday, July 12. Cady Soukup and Craig Landrum’s son Michael Allyn and Anne HomungSoukup and Douglas Hornung’s daughter Michelle Renee was baptised in a bi-lingual (French and English) by father Jennings Hobson at the regular Sunday service.
Godparents of Michael Allyn are Pater Soukup of Downers Grove, IL, brother of Michael's mother, Kyle Landrum, Michael’s uncle, and Mary Swicegood of Arlington. Godparents of Michelle Renee are Mary Boss of Paris, France, college friend of Anne’s, and Yves Oberle of Geneva, Switzerland, a fellow Kiwanian of Michelle’s father.
