Among other things. Services' application also proposes a weather normalization adjustment mechanism. This mechanism would automatically adjust the revenues received by Services depending on whether the weather within the Company's certificated service area was warmer or colder than normal Service is revising Section 19 of its Terms and Conditions of Service and. further, is proposing a new rate schedule. Distributor Exchange Service, to provide for the sale, transportation and exchange of natural gas from the Company to distributor customers in Virginia and to permit the negotiation of the exchange of gas in the event of emergencies that could require Services to provide gas service to other natural gas distributors in Virginia. In addition, the Company is revising Section 4 of its transportation tariff to allow the direct flow through of Gas Research charges. The details of these and other tariff revisions are set out in Services' application. Interested persons should be advised, that after considering all of the evidence, the Commission may adopt revisions to Services' rates, charges, feel, tariffs, and terms and conditions of service which differ from those appearing in the Company’s application. A public hearing on Services' application is scheduled before a Hearing Examiner for November 17, 1992, at 10:00 a m. in the Commission's 13th Floor Courtroom, located in the Jefferson Building on 1220 Bank Street, Richmond, Virainia to receive evidence relevant to the application.
