The Rappahannock Grand Jury returned indictments in all seven of the cases it heard on July 13. Indicted were:

• Adam Sartwell for a forgery offense committed Jan. 2, 1992.

• George Catlett Getsinger for two counts of forgery committed around April 7, 1991.

• Charles A. Brown, 27, of Sperry ville on two counts: unlawful, felonious escape by force and violence and inflicting bodily injury on a jail employee.

• Jimmy Wayne Nicholson, 33, of Woodville, for cocaine possession, a felony, and marijuana possession, a misdemeanor.

• Susan Eaton, 48, of Sperryville on two counts: unlawful destruction and damage of property, specifically one red and white Piper Pawnee aircraft and interference with the oper
