Farm Show
design contest

The Culpeper-Madison-Rappahannock Farm Show Board is conducting a contest to design the cover for the 1993 Farm Show catalogue. The design should be original, creative, and depict the Farm Show. The first place winning design will be used for the cover of the 1993 catalogue. Winners will be announced in April.
The contest rules are:
L The contest is open to all youth actively enrolled in 4-H, FFA, and FHA in Culpeper, Madison, and Rappahannock Counties.
2. The deadline for submitting entries is Feb. 16. Turn in to local Extension Office in Culpeper, Madison, or Rappahannock.
3. Art work must be youth’s original drawing on a standard unlined white sheet of paper, 8-1/2 inches x 11 inches. Art work should be produced in black and white (pencil, ink, or black marker). The art work should be covered with a protective sheet of plain paper or plastic.
4. The youth must write their name, address, county, and age on back of their entry.
5. Judges will select winning art work based on originality, creativity, and best representation of the Farm Show.
6. Prizes: As an incentive, the youth submitting the winning design will receive a $50 savings bond. All entries will be displayed at the 1993 Farm Show.
7. The art work can be picked up at the close of the Farm Show.
