neighborly gift

For those of us who are longtime friends and neighbors of William Parrish, the letter to the BZA (“Neighbor Turns the Other Cheek" Dec. 30, 1992) comes as no surprise. For those not as familiar with the background, this gesture is truly remarkable in light of what previously occurred in the 20th Circuit Court.
Upon suddenly being denied access to a lane that served the Parrish farm for over 60 years, and after several personal efforts to resolve the matter, Mr. Parrish was forced to seek relief from Judge William Shore Robertson. After a lengthy trial, and in an exceptionally well
