The Rappahannock-Rapidan Early Intervention Interagency Coordinating Council serves the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock and is composed of parents, local agency representatives, and early intervention service providers. The Council was established as a tool to ensure proper implementation of Part H of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
