Pursuant to decrees ol the Circuit Court ol Rappahannock County, Virginia, made and entered on the 4th day of February, 1993, and the 31st day ol August, 1995, in the partition suit brought by Lottie V. Dozier and others against Georgia Proctor and others, the undersigned Special Commissioner will, on Friday, the 29th day ol September, 1995, at the front door of the Courthouse ol Rappahannock County, Virginia, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. of that day, offer for sale to the highest bidder, the following described real estate:

All of that certain tract or parcel of land lying on the east side of Battle Mountain about one mile west of Viewtown in the Jackson District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and containing 57 34 acres, as the same is more particularly described according to plat and survey of James W. Cubbage Jr., Certified Land Surveyor, dated January 7, 1992. Said property is adjacent to the lands of DeLong, Dixon, Lauer, Fannon, Williams, and Printz. The property has minimal road frontage on Virginia Route 640.

TOGETHER WITH a right of way to the property more particularly described by Deed of Easement from Janet DeLong, dated June 29. 1995, and recorded July 5. 1995, amongst the land records in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 213, at page 519.

Said property is the same real estate conveyed to Henry Lee and Mary Ellen Lee. husband and wife, and Paul Lee. by deed of Henry W. Spilman and Alice E. Spilman, dated August 27. 1912, and recorded amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia, in Deed Book 2, at page 304
